1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and any included accessories
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Items returned that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return:
- Contact us at support@modameadow.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number, the reason for return, and any photos (if the item is defective or damaged)
- We will respond with the return address and instructions within 12 Hours
Note: Please do not return any items without first contacting us and receiving authorisation. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted or refunded.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery
- We are not liable for items lost or damaged during the return shipment
In the case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs. Please contact our team to arrange a prepaid return label.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described:
- Notify us within 30 days of receiving your item
- Send clear photos and a description of the issue to support@modameadow.com
- We will offer a free replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs)
5. Exchanges
We are not processing exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, you can place a new order and return the original product for a refund.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
- You will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
If your refund is not approved:
- We will inform you of the reasons for rejection via email.
- The returned item will be either sent back to you at your expense or disposed of securely, depending on the reason for rejection.
- You may contact our customer service team to discuss any concerns or disputes regarding the decision.
Note: Some financial institutions may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked)
- Personal care items, earrings, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons), unless defective
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank or credit card account again
- Contact your payment provider (some banks may have processing delays)

Return address details will be provided upon initiating a return. Do not send any items back without our authorisation, as this may delay or void the return process.
