At Modameadow.com, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All tags, labels, accessories, and original packaging must be included.

  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

To start a return, contact our customer support team at support@modameadow.com or call +44 7451293155 within 30 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for the return process.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our end.

2. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.

  • If you used a discount or promotion, your refund will reflect the amount you actually paid.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away at support@modameadow.com with a photo of the damaged item(s). We’ll take care of the issue and send you a prepaid return label at no cost.

4. Incorrect Orders

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, style, or color, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Please double-check your order before submitting, as we cannot cover return shipping in these cases.

5. Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow these steps:

  1. Return the original item using our return process.

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

6. Shipping Information

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days after processing, making the total delivery time about 4-7 business days.

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.

Note: We currently ship only to addresses within the United Kingdom.

7. How to Return an Item

8. Final Sale Items

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale and clearance items
