Shipping Eligibility

We currently fulfil and ship orders to addresses located within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout. We do not take responsibility for undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure efficient dispatching:

  • Cut-off Time: 17:00 GMT (London Time), Monday to Friday
  • Orders placed after 17:00 GMT will be processed the next business day.

If your order is placed during a UK public holiday or weekend, processing will begin on the next working day.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Duration: 1 to 2 business days
  • Operating Days: Monday to Friday

Order processing includes payment verification, quality control, packaging, and handover to the courier service.

Shipping & Transit Time

  • Standard Delivery Timeframe: 5 to 7 business days
  • Delivery Schedule: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen external events, such as extreme weather or courier disruptions. Customers will be notified via email if delays are anticipated.

Total Shipping Time: 6 to 9 business days This includes order processing (1–2 business days) and courier transit time (5–7 business days).

The choice of carrier depends on factors such as the delivery address, the size of the package and the required delivery speed. We select the most suitable carrier to ensure that your package is delivered safely and on time.

    • Shipping is completely FREE for all orders within the United Kingdom.
    • No minimum spend or order quantity required.
    • There are no hidden fees or surcharges applied at checkout.

    As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive:

    Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

    If you are not available during delivery, the courier may:

    • Attempt redelivery
    • Leave a card with redelivery instructions
    • Deliver to a designated collection point

    Please follow the instructions provided by the courier service directly to rearrange delivery if necessary.

    Lost or Damaged Parcels

    In the rare event your parcel is lost or damaged in transit:

    • Provide your order number and tracking ID
    • We will liaise with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate

    Order Cancellations

    • You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
    • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible
    • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Instead, you may return the items to us following our Return & Refund Policy.

    Public Holidays & Seasonal Delays

    Please note that during UK public holidays and seasonal peaks (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or Boxing Day):

    • Order processing and delivery may take longer than usual
    • We will communicate any extended timelines via banners on our website or via email notifications
